Refund Policy

Identity Alchemy reports are personalised digital products generated on demand. Because each report is created specifically for you upon payment, we operate a no-refund policy as a general rule — in line with standard practice for bespoke digital goods.

Why No Refunds?

Your report is generated at the time of your order using the personal information you provide. Unlike a physical product that can be returned, a personalised PDF that has been generated and delivered cannot be "un-used." The cost of generation (AI processing, astrological computation, PDF rendering) is incurred at the moment of your purchase.

Exceptions — When We Will Assist

We will gladly resolve the following issues:

Non-delivery

If you paid but never received your report email (check your spam folder first), contact us and we will resend it or, if generation failed, issue a full refund.

Duplicate charge

If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.

Wrong report delivered

If you received a different report type than what you ordered, we will generate and deliver the correct report at no additional charge.

Technical failure

If a confirmed technical error on our side prevented a usable report from being generated, we will offer a regeneration or refund at our discretion.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. If your on-chain payment was confirmed but your order was not fulfilled, we will honour the exception conditions above. We cannot process blockchain refunds — any compensation for failed crypto orders will be issued as store credit or via an alternative payment method agreed upon by both parties.

Please include your order reference number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to fair resolution and will work with you directly. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered reports may result in account restrictions.
