• Identity: First name, middle name, last name, stage name (optional)
• Birth data: Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth
• Contact: Email address
• Optional: Blood type, Rh factor, gender, phone numbers, brand/business names
• Payment: Transaction ID (we do not store card numbers or wallet keys)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Report generation: Your data is passed to our report generation system to create your personalised PDF
• Order fulfilment: Your email address is used to deliver your report
• Order records: We retain order details for accounting and support purposes
• Support: If you contact us, we use your information to respond

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Identity Alchemy:

• Supabase — secure cloud database for order storage
• Resend — email delivery service for sending your report
• PayPal — payment processing (governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel and Conversions API, used to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. We share a hashed (not plain-text) version of your email address with Meta only when you complete a purchase, so we can measure which ads led to a sale — never your birth data, name, or report contents.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order information for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (subject to any legal retention obligations).

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Cookies & Advertising

Identity Alchemy uses cookies necessary for the operation of the service (e.g., session management), plus the Meta Pixel, which places an advertising/measurement cookie used to understand how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform (e.g., whether a visit from an ad led to a purchase). We also use Meta's Conversions API, a server-side channel that reports a completed purchase directly to Meta — this sends only a hashed version of your email, never plain text, and never your birth data or report contents.

You can control cookies generally through your browser settings, and ad-specific preferences through Meta's Ad Preferences page.
